Process of cutting from coiled metal using CNC cutters – 2 units
For batch production we use a fully automated process of cutting from a coil which is characterised by:
- High raw material efficiency and scrap minimisation due to optimisation with coil widths
- Types of processed sheet metal grades: structural steel, stainless steel, galvanised steel and aluminium alloys
- No tool change necessary – 100% time is the actual cutting time
- The maximum width of a processed circle: 1250 mm
- The minimum width of a processed circle: 60 mm
- Material thickness range: 0.8–3.0 mm
